May 3rd Membership Meeting Summary
The following motions were passed.
1. 20 move draw rule with The Chess Club committee approval.
2. Cell phone rule. Half the time deducted from clock for each violation.
3. The KCCA will attempt to 4 run free entry or low entry fee tournaments per year. The goal is to have a $1,000 prize fund per tournament.
4. The following prize money fundraisers will occur:

B. Shopping Mall Chessathon

C. Joe Conklin Concert @ The Chess Club

D. Food Booth at the RenFest.

E. Sasa Jevtic SIMUL and Lecture in August

The KCCA reserves the right to deny membership to any player not in good standing in the chess community. Non-members may play in any USCF rated event sponsored by the KCCA after paying a $200 entry fee.
